For coaches and teams
Team and group sessions
A coach books a block, and each athlete picks a time and keeps their own session private.
Sprint works with college athletes, club teams and the staff who coach them. We hold the days around practice and travel, and up to four therapists work at once.
Blocks run at our studio on West Tennessee Street, where each athlete has a table and a therapist for their own slot.

Setting up a block
From the first message to the last athlete
- 01
Step 1: A coach gets in touch
Tell us the team, the days and about how many athletes, in a message from the contact page.
- 02
Step 2: We quote and hold the days
You get a written quote before anything is booked, and a deposit holds the days.
- 03
Step 3: Athletes pick a time
Each athlete books a slot and sets their own pressure.
- 04
Step 4: The block runs
Therapists work side by side. Every athlete is covered, and anyone can stop at any point.
For coaches
What coaches should know
Each session is private
We tell a coach when the block ran and who booked, not what a therapist found or what an athlete said.
Athletes 18 and older
Our sessions are for adults. A coach or a parent can wait in the lobby.
We do not diagnose
Questions about an injury go to the athlete's doctor or the team's own medical staff.
Planning a block?
Send the team, the days and the headcount, and we will write back with a quote.
