Meet day and game day
Pre-event sessions
A short, brisk session before you compete, at light to medium pressure.
We work the legs, hips or shoulders you will lean on, and we never go deep: this is not the day for it.
Book 20 minutes for one area or 30 for two. Event times fill early in the week, so book ahead.

Who does pre-event sessions?
