After a race or a tournament
Recovery sessions
Slower work on legs, hips and feet, at a pressure you set.
Recovery sessions are unhurried: long strokes on the legs and hips, time on the feet, and light to medium pressure.
Book 60 minutes, or 90 when the season is over and you want time for the neck and shoulders too.

Questions about recovery sessions
How soon after a race can I come?
Whenever you feel up to it. If you are sore or unwell, ask your doctor first and tell your therapist what you did.
Who does recovery sessions?
Aanya Chaudhary takes most of them, and Laron Buckner the longer ones. Both hold a Florida massage therapist license, listed in the footer.
Can my whole team book recovery?
Yes. A recovery week is one of our team block formats. Send a message from the contact page and we will quote it.
