Through the season
Training-week sessions
Steady, full-body work for the middle of your week.
Most athletes pick a regular time that works around practice and classes, and book the same therapist each time.
Sessions run 60 minutes, or 75 and 90 when you want time for the areas you name. Pressure is yours to set.

Questions about training-week sessions
How often should I come?
As often as suits your week. Some athletes book every week, some every two. Your therapist can suggest a rhythm after your first visit.
Can I keep the same therapist?
Yes. Book with the therapist you work with, or ask the desk who has the next opening.
What if my schedule changes?
Please give us 24 hours to move a session. If you are ill, tell us and we will move it.
